Persevering on the Path

Pastor McShaffrey was invited to preach the general sermon upon the occasion of the organization of Providence Presbyterian Church in Madison, WI on November 19, 2011.

This church was the oldest mission work in our presbytery and we therefore had  cause to rejoice in God’s faithfulness and to be reminded of our enemy’s opposition.

The Great Commission

This sermon series was preached by Pastor McShaffrey during the summer of 2010 on what is commonly called the Great Commission:

“All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
