The month of December is not only a wonderful time for enjoying family and friends, but it is also an important time to remember others.
Some are spending the holiday season alone and some are even spending it without God.
We therefore encourage all to remember to do the work of ministry this month by participating in the following events:
News – October 2011
Most of our members participated in the annual Life Chain event today which was held on Main Street in Reedsburg, WI.
Life Chain is a peaceful, prayerful, and public witness of pro-life Americans who stand together for one hour asking God to have mercy upon our nation and to end abortion.
After our ordinary ministries ended, several members visited the Reedsburg Area Senior Life center to sing hymns and visit with the residents.
We concluded our day of rest, worship, and ministry by sharing pizza in Wilda’s backyard.
Today we worshiped the Lord surrounded by the beauties of his creation at White Mound Co. Park in Hillpoint, WI.

After worship, we shared a meal together and enjoyed an afternoon of fellowship, activities, and live music.
Today we rejoiced in God’s faithfulness to build his church as we received new members according to the scriptural pattern:
“Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children… and the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” (Acts 2:38-47) (more…)
