Our congregation sought to ‘redeem the time’ on this holiday weekend by holding two special events:
1. An outdoor worship service and fellowship meal was held at Webb Park in Reedsburg. Pastor McShaffrey delivered occasion-specific messages on “The Myth of Invincibility” (Luke 13:1-9) and “The Myth of Independence” (Psalm 2).
2. Our choir reached out to the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ through song and the spoken word during a prelude to the Reedsburg fireworks display.
